Brian Jungling

President and Senior Hospitality Advisor

As President and Senior Hospitality Consultant for North of 10 Advisors, Mr Jungling brings over 25 years of Operational and Development experience to the consulting arena. North of 10 Advisors have leveraged his years of experience in Hospitality to provide assistance to owners from day one with Market Studies, Site Selection and Construction Management Services. On a contract basis, Mr Jungling provides professional Project Management and Operational Management services. Most recently he has completed multiple projects with Sonesta International and Island Hospitality Corp.

Prior to launching North of 10 Advisors, Mr. Jungling served as Vice President of Operations for Harris Hotel Group. He was responsible for leading the Operational and Sales initiatives of the Harris portfolio. Mr. Jungling led the building of this management company from the ground up. In addition to developing all Operation and Sales standards, Mr. Jungling was responsible for completing bank packages, performing due diligence and completing proforma budgets on each of the 11 projects in the HHG pipeline.

Before joining Harris Hotel Group, Mr. Jungling served as a Regional Vice President of Operations for Prime Hospitality Corporation. Joining the AmeriSuites brand shortly after it’s conception, Mr. Jungling helped develop the brand from 13 hotels in 1995 to 143 by the end of 2004. Mr. Jungling also participated in the launch of the Homegate brand, later renamed Wellesley Inn and Suites, Prime Hospitality’s Mid‐Market Extended Stay brands. Mr. Jungling was responsible for the Operational and Sales initiatives of 18 AmeriSuites and Wellesley Inn and Suites hotels, located in the South Eastern United States. After the sale of AmeriSuites to the Global Hyatt Corporation in January of 2005, Mr. Jungling served as Regional Vice President of Operations, for the newly formed Hyatt Place and Summerfield Suites brands, and was responsible for leading the Operational initiatives of 19 hotels located in the Southeastern region of the U.S.
